Auto parts supplier Magna International Inc. has been named among the winners of the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award, recognizing the best places to work in 2017 in Canada.
The Employees’ Choice Awards program relies solely on the input of employees, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies via Glassdoor, a global employer review website.
“We are honoured to be ranked as one of the best places to work,” said Magna CEO Don Walker. “We are committed to being an employer of choice and providing a culture that fosters professional growth and equal opportunity to our employees.”
Glassdoor evaluated the reviews based on three criteria: quality, quantity and consistency. Aurora, Ont.-based Magna’s overall rating and CEO approval rating were also factored into the methodology.
The best places to work are determined using company reviews shared by Canada-based employees between November 2, 2015, and October 30, 2016.
